Our Advice to you

stay with your current accountant

If your current accountant doesn’t offer the type of service you want and that we do offer, then changing over to us is very simple. It involves just one letter from you and we take care of everything else for you. Your existing accountant is required to assist us in a smooth transfer and handover of information.

No! We offer fixed fees based on the service you require. We will tailor packages to suit our clients requirements at a competitive price. Whilst we will not be the cheapest, our experience and service separates us from most accountants and we will provide excellent value. Most importantly we never undertake work without agreeing the fee arrangements in advance so you always know where you stand.
Barley Grove has a proven track record of providing proactive tax planning advice at the earliest possible stage. Whilst we can provide reactionary advice to any current situation, there is significant benefits to making the change as soon as possible.
Yes. It often helps to see your business, books and records, etc at first hand and we are always happy to invest our time without charge to show you what we can do. Of course, if you prefer to visit us, that’s fine too.
When’s good for you? Let us know and we’ll make it our priority to help. There are many digital platforms as well for video/tele conference calls and we are not confined to usual 9-5 business hours either. Flexible and adaptability are key for our service offering.
Barley Grove will not provide low quotes in the hope of getting your business only to increase fees quickly soon after. Our quotes are competitive from day 1 and these are fixed for 2 years. Obviously if the service required changes during this initial 2 year period, we will agree new additional services and fees for these in advance. After 2 years of service, our fees will be subject to normal inflationary increases on an annual basis. In exceptional circumstances, there may be reasons why the amount of work involved exceeded what was expected but we would sit down and discuss these with you.
Our business model includes a high percentage of client referrals and as such, our service needs to be first class.
